What are your operating hours? Can I get assistance on Sunday?

Our customer service representatives are available from Monday - Saturday (9AM to 9PM). If you have any questions/queries, please leave us a message, or email us at contact@tentabs.in and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Does my product include installation services?

We share the installation videos with our customer and assist through video calls for installation.

Do you have a physical location or an official branch?

Our corporate office is located at Bangalore, but we are serviceable all over India through courier services.

Can the warranty period be extended?

No, the warranty period cannot be extended. We provide free services during the warranty period. Once the warranty date exceeds, all services will be chargeable.

What payment methods do you accept?

On TenTabs.in, you can pay using various payment methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, Unified Payment Interface (UPI) and Easy Monthly Instalments (EMI). Do TenTabs support Bajaj finance option for payment?

Currently Bajaj finance card payment is not acceptable with us. You can choose any other EMI card or Credit Card option to purchase your products.

How can I get a quotation and catalogue of the product?

How to apply a discount coupon code?

Add your products to the cart and fill out the order details. When you reach the payment page, you will find a box labelled as “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Paste your coupon code digits here to get an instant discount on your orders.

What’s the return and refund policy?

You can apply for return & refund within 5 days of receiving your product. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I return the Sleep Apnea mask if it's not suitable?

Sleep Apnea Masks if opened are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons. Please make sure you order the correct size.

What are the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping for orders above INR 5000. Orders below INR 1000 will have to pay INR 99/- for shipping charges. Order values ranging between INR 1000 to INR 5000 will be charged INR 49/- for shipping. Charges may differ for heavy shipping and pincode.
